Speculating on the Apocalypse
What of this December day in the year 2012 AD? Well, some attribute it to the end of the Mayan Calendar, and to some, Mayans are among some of the lost tribes of Northern Israel, coming to the new world with the sea going Phoenicians. This may very well be a historical fact. It is with many scholars, but not the mainstream academics that come out of the Western European Roman institutes of higher learning. That is all well and good. But a more salient point to be made is that the year 2012 is the 7000th anniversary of God ordained human government. It was in the year 4989 BCE that Noah came out of the ark. The Biblical Calendar of History affirms that the flood occurred in 4990 BCE, and is supported with much geological evidence. When Noah came out of the ark, in the Rainbow covenant, human government was ordained. For 7,000 years human government has failed miserably. Is the number 7000 significant? For many yes. But when see coincidently with the final generation: that final generation that begun at the First Zionist Convention in 1897 and will run for 120 years, until 2017, we see ever more coincidence—coincidence that very well may have been planned. But let be clear. We are not adding words to the prophecy, we are just interpreting significant Scriptures and adding some speculating. So what follows is mere speculation; not necessarily the Word of God.
If this date has significance, it would signify the time human government ends and that some other kind of government replaces it. We know clearly from scriptures that the Millennial Kingdom on earth will be a divine government. We also know that before that epoch, there will be a time of the Antichrist (Beliar). His reign will be definitely demonic, neither human nor divine. We know from the Revelation that Beliar comes to power upon his killing of the two witnesses; where they will lay dead in the street for three and a half days. Beliar’s reign will run, concurrently with the beast for at least another 1260 days, and perhaps a time more during the Day of the Lord.
If all of this is correct, and it sound highly plausible, the two witnesses are killed on a day in the Gregorian calendar year of 2012. Assume for a moment that year is correct. The two witnesses begin their ministry 1260 before hand. That date will be late 2008 or early 2009. Yet the Great Apostasy is a condition upon which God send the two witnesses (cf. Rev 9:20 through chapter 11). And the condition of the great apostasy is contingent upon that killing of one third of mankind by the fire, the smoke, and the brimstone. Therefore, that great conflagration must occur before the arrival of Enoch and Elijah. However, who is to say that the end of the two witnesses coincides with the winter solstice of 2012? There is nothing Biblical to demonstrate that. Sure, that winter solstice day is the end of the Mayan Calendar, and it is true that among the Mayans were Phoenicians and people of the Northern Tribes of Israel; but there is no nexus to that date Biblically. While it is true the year 2012 is the 7,000th anniversary of human government, and after the two witnesses are killed, a demonic government will posses the earth, we can conclude with some degree of certainty that indeed that year may be of significance. But on what date?
Passover might be a possibility, but that is a day of salvation for Israel. Passover is not consistent with the death, or four days (three and one half lying in the street) for their resurrection; nor is the Day of Atonement. Pentecost has more likelihood. It is the anniversary day of the year Christ was risen; as will be the day of the resurrection of the two. Therefore 1264, not 1260 days beforehand we may very likely see the arrival of Enoch and Elijah; the two who has never yet tasted physical death, but shall.
The sequence of the Revelation shows that the Church cannot be present on earth at the arrival of the two witnesses (cf. Rev. 9:20-21). Therefore it would be safe to say the rapture of the Church occurs sometime before their arrival—sometime before December 6th, 2008. Are you ready? Perhaps it will be soon after Barack Hussein Osama is elected to be the next Confederated American President.
We are poised at brink of Islam instigating a nuclear war. And during that war, it is quite likely God will rescue His Church from all the madness. It would signify that the Great conflagration where a third of mankind is killed by the fire, the smoke, and the brimstone, that nuclear war, instigated by Islamic forces occurs before that great date in December 2008. But remember this; the rapture of the Church occurs around this time; for clearly reading Revelation 9:20-21, those who survive the great conflagration cannot describe a Christian. The two witnesses and all that follows are about Jews and Gentiles, not Christians, and it is the final chastening of Israel. We will see that last half of Daniel’s seventieth week for Israel to finish their transgression.
Perhaps less days to the nuclear conflagration, and the rapture of true Saints. Are you ready? Or are you with that woman in scarlet sitting on the beast?
Mark your calendar. The Great Tribulation follows a time after Pentecost 2012. And the "Day of the Lord" follows after that, a time, times and half of time later. Circa 2016 AD, but no one knows for sure. All within 120 years, one generation, of the First Zionist Convention. Blessed is he who has an ear to listen; or more precisely "let the reader understandith." We do know the times and the seasons, just not the precise date of His return
WAIT
The above is only speculation; an educated guess at best. There is no proof, scripturally or otherwise. And there is another possibility that may have more merit.
We have noted that the year 2012 AD has the 7,000th anniversary of human government; and the possibility that human government make take a change to something else. The something else has only two possibilities: Demonic or divine government on this planet. Scriptures is replete with evidence that after the rapture of the Church, we shall see a demonic form of government upon mankind before we see the coming kingdom, divine government. Therefore, there is a real POSSIBILITY that in the year 2012 AD human government will be replaced with a Demonic for of government—as we have so stated.
But is the commencement form
demonic form of government lead by the Beast, the Antichrist of the end times?
possibly yes or no. We can show with detailed analysis it is Beliar, the
Antichrist, who has the two witnesses killed; and his reign begins at their
death. Considering this, it is conceivable that after the great conflagration,
that killing of one third of mankind by the fire, the smoke and the brimstone,
that the following period of great apostasy may see the arrival of a
predecessor to the Antichrist. This predecessor may be demonic, or at a
minimum the government will be purely pagan as Revelation 9:20-21 so
describes. Therefore, under this scenario, the arrival of the two witnesses
may be delayed until 2012 AD consistent with a ministry to counter the pagan
world government pictured in eschatological accounts. In this case, we must
look for a significant day in 2012 for the arrival of the two witnesses.
I do not think that can be done as scriptures give us no clear indication.
This aids us indirectly to the general conclusion that no man may know the day or the hour;
although that is speaking of the return of the Messiah and not the two witnesses;
lest you not be confused.
